scenario segments
Reported by linoj | December 23rd, 2007 @ 09:47 PM
I've found a pattern in the scenarios I'm writing that duplicate several steps in the middle of the scenario. It would be nice to be able to group them into a single step. One example is "a collection of verifications that should be same for different pretext"(DC). There are other examples, such as a set of Givens and/or Whens that appear after different pretexts, and also might diverge at some point later.
"Given Scenario" is not sufficient , unless there were a way to tell the Scenario definition not to run on its own. One way of expressing this might be something like "Scenario Segment:" and a corresponding "Follow Scenario"
