rake pre_commit_rails can't revert routes.rb

On a fresh checkout of rspec-dev (http://github.com/dchelimsky/rsp...)
rake pre_commit_rails
fails because it can't find config/routes.rb.bak (as it's now been renamed)
The fix is trivial, and is attached as a git-patch

Oops, moved too quick - there's another part to the fix, which is on the same branch.
I've also made another branch that contains both changes as a single commit:

Hey Ian - thanks for this.
I had actually gotten this right to begin with, but we ran into some problems yesterday in which some commits got blown away from github. I've already resurrected those commits, so this is no longer necessary.
